Dab on a cotton disc and apply with small circular motions. For waterproof make-up, apply and let stand for 10 seconds.

Orange blossom water, witch hazel extract (water, witch hazel essential oil and alcohol), shea butter, canola oil, olive oil, emulsifying wax, sodium borate and essential oils (rosemary, neroli, tea tree and sage).
